Yesterday I attended a meeting for artists at the Denver Office Of cultural Affairs. The topic of the seminar was about future Public Art Projects and how to apply for them. I was very impressed with Mayor John Hickenlooper’s speech, and the city official’s positive attitude towards art in general. I am looking over the list of projects and plan on submitting some ideas for murals. The steps to take are to first upload a profile on “Café” a site for the visual arts selection process.
